We help people of all ages gain competence in the ability to move through both natural and urban environments. In our classes, we practice moving over, under, and through various obstacles, focusing on improving skills including mobility, strength, problem solving, balance, agility, adaptability, and injury prevention. Through full body exercises, play-based activities and innovative games, we aid in the cultivation of a useful set of skills that can be practiced anywhere. The world is our gym!
