This class will focus on building strength. mobility, coordination, and more through functional exercises and games. We will be practicing skills such as balance, safe falling techniques, moving through low level obstacles, and strength training. This is a beginner level class, no previous parkour experience necessary. We will start with basic movements with opportunities to progress to more challenging skills. *This class is located in Balboa Park. Please sign up or contact us for exact location.
